Oh wow that looks really nice i lie the addition of art to the packaging but the absence of comics is a sad trade off.

That ulitmate ironman is nice BTW hope the actual figure doesnt disappoint.

Now this is promising!! I hope the price would still be collector-friendly.

I certainly agree that the packaging is very nice. However, correct me if I'm wrong, it look like these figs will come out on a blister card packaging. Wouldn't that (from experience) make it more difficult for MOC collectors to keep this figs MOSC?

sigh, the signature blister card packaging. That's one of the reason why I don't like Hasbro products, sana they tried to change their packaging nalang. If it's the same price as Toybiz's MLs, parang hindi worth it. The price should be lowered since they skimp on packaging.

I wonder if these figures will be released within this year here as well... Hasbro is supposed to release them late Nov or early Dec in the US market. (pls correct me if i'm wrong) However besides the release date, the price tag here another point that is open to speculation - but with a good basis. Some Hasbro items are overpriced by some quarters more often that not so lets just prepare... As long as the quality is worth the price then any increase will be likely to be tolerated.

i like the packaging of this but it would be harder to keep it MINT because its not a plastic clam shell anymore.

Did any of the Hasbro products get to be BOTO at TK/etc? Just hoping there'll be some Hasbro ML "butaw" figs to be on sale in the future :D

Packaging looks slick and trendy. love the die-cut board. Too bad they had to scrap the comic book. :(

The packaging is definitely eye candy. I'm just concerned with the long term storage condition of these figs. Its so difficult keeping the blister of similar packed figs (i.e. smc, xmc, etc.) in mint condition. I will also definitely miss the comics that came with the old line.

I'll miss those clam shells.

Just a geeky question: is there one company that owns the rights to the shell-type packagings (MacFarlane, MLs, etc.)? Similar to the flip tops of Marlboro, other companies must pay dues to Marlboro everytime they use the signature packaging.
