I have memories of watching his old movies with my lolo. I like Jack Palance. He's one of those actors that can be cocky and cool and not be annoying in the process, especially when he's dishing out a killer line while lighting a cigarette. Then he cocks his chin up and looks at you.
And who can forget his stint with the Ripley's Believe It Or Not TV series. It was almost effortless for him to make scary features even scarier with his You-ain't-getting-outta-here-alive look and smile. Jack Palance. He will surely be missed. |

God rest his soul...
Of course aside from Ripley's Believe it Or Not, he will be remembered for his role in Batman |

This is so sad to hear. I grew up watching this guy on old western re-runs and of course, Ripley's. He was also the bad guy boss of Jack Nicholson in the first Batman movie with Michael Keaton and the mean spirited cowboy in that Billy Crystal movie, City slickers. He will be missed.
