Ditto on Cornerstorecomics - they have been less than professional lately. People here (i.e. Yam, Jenn and Joey) including myself have experienced recent problems with them. They would take your pre-orders, charge your card but never ship the goods. Emailing them doesn't help - you either get the runaround or no reply at all. I have had to file 3 separate chargeback disputes with my bank just to reverse the charges made to my MasterCard.

I have to say that I can no longer recommend them as a reliable source of toys as I used to for the past 2 years. CSC gets a major vote of no confidence from me.

I think it started when they merged with amazingtoyz.com , their customer support sucks na now. Yam, I hope you got the charges reversed na nga pala.

The funny thing about that is I have ordered from both CSC and AmazingToyz several times in the past and have been very happy with each of them. Something definitely changed after CSC absorbed AmazingToyz. I have made a decision never to transact with CSC ever again.

Thanks for the warning guys. Good thing I held off pre-ordering the MGS4 figure from CSC.
