Hi, did they announce a release date of SS Cap? How much is the SRP?

... I like the way you can change Cap's head and shield to the silver age version... and ultron's head with a combat helmet...

it will be released 2nd quarter of 2007. SRP is $280 for the Exclusive and $250 for the Regular

um.. sorry for the newbie question... but what is the difference between the exclusive ver. and the regular?
