It's the (former) Surplus Shop alright, and btw MLs and DC stuff is in the expanded TK right on the wall nearest the mall entrance. Now you know what entrance to go in when new MLs arrive

The TF are kinda pricey for P850...isn't that the same price being offered by Pat and GT? If it's being brought in by Playkit, I think the price should be a bit cheaper.....

It is a bit on the high side...considering the Cybertron Deluxes in the mall are Php 700 (increase of Php 150) and Cybertron Voyagers are Php 1350 (increase of 250).

Playkit's price movements with regards to TFs have been a bit consistent (i.e. increases for new series). But sometimes their pricing scheme just doesn't make sense. For example, Cybertron Primus with Unicron head is Php 3300. Cybertron Primus without Unicron head in international packaging is Php 3700.

Erik, PToys and GT sold the deluxes at PHP780-800 each...

sightings found in SM Southmall... SRP is 1,799

I was there this morning and the reps were clueless as to what I was inquiring about. Delivery must have been made just this afternoon.

SM is currently having a 1-day sale for SM Advantage Card holders. Nearly all items are marked down 10%. Everything in the toy section are on sale, including the latest craze - Marvel House of M boxed set. Stocks are ver low, though. Please check out the short write-up on the main site:

The release of HOuse of M now makes me wonder if ML 14 will come out...

I also wonder if the Best - Playkit connection is in any way related to the release of the boxsets (which were rumored to not reach us)... although i doubt it since....

Even Babes got 3 boxes of House of M which is pretty high number compared to what TK and other stores got so maybe this is not Playkit playing favorites...

I notice that the TF Alternator, well the only Alternator in the mall now have a reduced priced. also saw some Star Trek Enterprise figure resurfaced at SM for P300.

Got my House of M boxset at TK SM San Lazaro last night, they had 3 before I got my set

Just a headsup, Greattoys will be having stocks of ML14 (with Variants! No black Psylocke or silver Luke Cage though) and ML Icons2 (no confirmation yet if there are variants) later today.


According to their supplier from abroad, they won't be able to supply restocks(just like the Walmart wave) after this so better decide whether to bite the bullet or not..sigh..

No prices announced yet but most likely it will be sold by sets(to build MOJO). Hopefully the ML14 won't cross the 5000PhP price point(per set of 6 "regulars", I think the variants will be priced differently).




Soul of Chogokin Gx34 Gunbuster will also be arriving later today or Tomorrow and the SOC Encyclopedia Vol2 will come in sometime next week.
