Just wanted to give this stat review thing a shot so please bear with me hehehe ;D

This statue is soooo underated and most collectors just dismiss it but I find it really cool..probably one of Sideshow's better releases.

i know I'll be stating the obvious but since it's a review..

The only difference of this statue from the regular version is the Skull design on the shirt and...



...the base..ok the base is pretty minimalistic..but hey it works!

as for the accesories this PF has the most!!!



The fig boasts an:



- Assault Load Bearing Vest



- Kevlar shirt w/ Punisher logo



- Tactical leg holster with extra Beretta 92 hi-capacity magazine
- Black Tactical Pants



- 4 x M4 Magazine Pouches with 30 Round M4 Magazines



- Large Capacity Pouch with 4 x 30-Round Uzi Magazines



- Tactical assault Boots



- 92 Berretta handgun



- Uzi sub-machine gun
- M4 CQB Mod w/ Rail System and Aimpoint sight



- 2 x M67 grenades



As for the sculpt I give this bad boy a four out of a possible five..

The fusion of polystone and fabric is just perfect. He's like a mini one man army! The face just shows his resolve to rid NY of its crime bosses.

To sum it all up..

sculpt: 4/5 (the facial expression and the veins in his hands are pretty cool)

paint: (basically just the arms, head and base are painted) 4/5

accesories: 5/5 (the best equiped PF ever.)


all in all its a 4/5..it's a definite must have for Punisher fans and die hard Marvel fanatics. This is the best Punisher statue over all. Of course I prefer the regular version because it has the classic skull logo but other than that this one's a winner. But don't just take my word for it go take a look at Fullybooked Promenade. They still have a regular version up for grabs.

i like the regular version also. if only it was cheap i might get one.

You can probably score a cheap one or a fairly priced punisher at the bay sir DYC.

Here's the exclusive figure. Luke's decapitated head in a Vader helmet...it's ok if you ask me.



Close up of Luke.. Sculpt and detail I give it a 5. Likeness..well Gentle Giant will always win that area..although I have to say there's not a single Luke statue or bust that really captures Mark Hamills face.

Ok the low down:

Paint 5/5, Costume 5/5, detail 5/5 Pose 3/5..just like my wife said "it kinda looks gay", exclusive figure 4/5..I hoped for an R2-D2 extra fig to go with this..could've been a perfect companion to this statue. Over all I give this statue a 4/5. Of course I needed this piece to complete my Luke set..it is inevitable that Sideshow will release a third and ultimate Luke statue...as Jedi Knight!
