-Roddy Piper is officially off of the Survivor Series PPV. He had to leave the UK tour early and drop the tag titles this past week due to what was thought of as a bowel problem or kidney stones. He has been hospitalized and will be having surgery due to a disc issue. Piper was in tremendous pain, which is why the beat down angle was used on Raw.

Piper's replacement will likely be named on Raw.

- WWE.com has an article up which states that Paul Heyman has invited Matt & Jeff Hardy to compete together as a team on ECW On Sci-Fi this week. This would seem to indicate that the Hardy Boyz may reunite prior to the Survivor Series where they are scheduled to team with Shawn Michaels, Triple H, and CM Punk against Edge, Randy Orton, Gregory Helms, Mike Knox, and Johnny Nitro.

- The last remaining ECW house show scheduled for 11/20 in Williamsport, PA has been canceled. This was done so that ECW talent could appear on RAW to help promote Survivor Series. [PWInsider.com]

- The Undertaker suffered a severe rib injury during WWE's recent European tour. He worked through the injury on the European tour and will work Survivor Series but will be limited in what he can do.

- The Survivor Series is scheduled to be Lita's last show with WWE for now. WWE.com has an article up claiming she just made the decision after RAW this Monday, but she actually made the decision awhile ago. She plans to focus more on her band, the Luchagors, and her acting career.

-Jim Ross announced via his website today that he has signed a new deal with WWE. His previous deal had expired back on 10/29 and was continuing to work while the two sides hammered out a new deal.
