the best thing about this wave for me is the minimal use of twisties.
another good thing would be the relatively consistent paint apps (coming from faceoffs2, this is a very welcome change).
i didn't completely assembly my mojo just yet. i found that i couldn't free up all his 'legs' and i'd rather be with an uncompleted mojo than a semi-paraplegic one. i already tried opening the bottom halves but the glued-on attachments at the back prevented me from opening up thoroughly (and even then, i could only take 1 leg which still couldn't be freed). i will have to require a bit of grundy's assistance this saturday (and you guys can see how irreverent we can get with plastic). i guess people should just be more careful with their mojo parts before they put them together.

i finally freed up all of mojo's spider legs, assembled the parts and found out that he can't stand properly. i just used a clear plastic cover to prop him up. it's weird that toybiz didn't use all of mojo's 6 legs to stand him up (2 are folded up).

My worry about the Mojo is that the Legs seem to frail that in a few days time of using the legs to stand on will break em.

they won't break but they'll bend for sure. you can just find things to prop him up with... shotglasses were suggested on the other boards.

toyden's mojo can indeed stand but not quite properly. he'll have to use his strong fingers more achieve the right pose.
i finally figured it out, hehe. mojo's spiderlegs have to be angled all the way up so that the clear lightbulb-looking props on his base are the ones making the most contact with the surface. you will really need strong fingers because the ball joints are mostly frozen or tight and you have to push very near the joints to avoid breaking them too.

Wouldn't propping up Mojo with a sawed off pen (or anything similar) be a good idea?
Take one of those clear plastic pens (e.g. Bic ballpens) and slice off about an inch or two. Then maybe bore a very shallow groove on Mojo's underside, just big enough to hold the piece of pen in place. I think that should help.
Of course, I could be talking out of my rear end since I don't own one of these BAF Mojos.

Thanks. Tried this one, and it worked.

wow. glad it helped! the trick is to remember that mojo's legs are supposed to look like spider legs, hehe.
