i just got a call from My colleague who's currently in US, she said that its seems like the Gray Beast is the Regular One.

i thought its the blue one that's regular.

With the way things have been behaving magneto, the REGULAR figures of the first wave most especially Captain America is the one that's harder to find than the unmasked variant. The same goes with the REGULAR IM vs the variant. Wolverine seems to be 50/50.

The series two is right on track, having Gray Hulk and the Unmasked Venom scarce in stock.

I have yet to see series three... These are just observations I made here in my area. I always visit toy retails almost once a week and see the movement of the stocks of this line and every other toy line that I collect.

ok... see the regular is the black beast.... geezzz.... so i really have to buy the variant blue beast and have it open... blue is the now common color of beast...

Actually, Hank McCoys first appearance as a furry mutant way back in Amazing Adventures # 11, he was coloured dark blue / grey.

It was in his later appearances that he was coloured royal blue

Here in the US i've been seeing a lot of regular ironmen, unmasked wolverines and unmasked captain americas in KB toystores and in Walmarts. For series two its the green hulk and reg venom.
