| So, aside from the regular releases, there will now be exclusives for ML? |
Most likely, knowing Hasbro's track record.
Those curious on how Hasbro ML's really look like in the flesh, Comic Alley in Megamall has a "loose" set for sale.
Personally, Emma Frost is really disappointing, I'm sure glad I don't collect X-Men, X3 Beast is not as bad as he looks in the net. Annihilus, meanwhile, looks just so small, and can actually be a regular figure instead of a BAF:duh:
The standouts in the line are really Hercules and Planet Hulk.
yeah, I think that's why it's hard to find na ata now in the US (hercules and planet hulk).
jean grey's uglier pa sa variant! poor famke, no justice at all.
Is Yellowjacket a variant? What's the difference from the regular figure

i don't see why, personally. there's an upside to it, at least; while i understand that this is an impractical use of a variant slot, i'm glad [as a regular consumer] that this makes one less OMG MUST HUNT DOWN variant.

Mike, that is the issue. It is a waste that Hasbro gave the variant slot to the YellowJacket figure instead of some other character in the line. The idea is that instead of having the usual 6 or so characters lined up, you can potentially have an additional 2 or 3 different characters with proper use of the variant slots. Take for instance ML15. Most of the variants there are different characters. It gives those collecting ML's a chance to complete them.
Also, don't expect that hoarders won't ignore this coz it is only a repaint. It is still a variant, although not an in-demand one (yet).
