yeah it's very confusing i thought capt. america is gonna be on Marvel heroes not Marvel legends phoenix and yellow jacket are included on wave 2 not wave 3

Hmmm, after thinking about it, Hasbro does have a habit of repeating / inserting previous figures in cases of newer waves, kinda like their practice with Star Wars.

This would explain why Quicksilver, Yellowjacket, Jean and Phoenix are included in ML3

it could be the codes from both waves 2 and 3 (or possibly a hoax?). if it's true, then it looks like we're looking at a number of variants.

imo, danger is too small to be a b-a-f.

According to Hasbro Catalog there's no official line up on wave 3 yet

Toy Fair NEW YORK 2007 is just around the corner so most likely we will see all the new waves.
